This agreement is a legal contract between you and ChatGPT VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile accelerator application (referred to as 'the App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or its associated marks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system security and cause app issues.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also bound by those third-party services' respective terms.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by device arrears, data limits, poor signal, or carrier restrictions. Use outside Wi-Fi may incur mobile data fees. If you roam outside your country without a suitable data plan, roaming fees are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. For example, inability to access the service because of a drained battery, disabled system permission, or local network failure is not compensable. We work to provide accurate route information and stable service, but some network conditions depend on third-party infrastructure, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from such conditions. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate service as permitted by law; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
